This Spanish seafood feast is made with fresh ingredients and is bursting with the colour and flavours of Valencia. Just as the Valencians would, why not have this fabulous sharing dish at big family events or fiesta!

Paella options: seafood, chicken and seafood, chicken, seafood, and chorizo or vegetable. 

The Paella can be served with a green salad, crusty bread, and lemon wedges.

The pans are 1m in diameter and sit on a gas ring stand to heat them. 

One pan feeds up to 50 people.
